How long does shipping take?
Our shipping usually takes between 7-10 business days to New Zealand. With every order you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your order.
What if my order is damaged in transit?
If your order is damaged in transit, please send us a message at info@lumera.co.nz with your concerns and we will take a look at it. Normally your order will be resent to you free of charge.
What about the return policy?
We offer you a 60-day right of return. So if something is not right with your order, just send us a message at info@lumera.co.nz. Please note that we can only accept your product if it complies with our return policy. You can find these HERE.
